作者的说明： MacMahon is a pairing program for Go-tournaments and can run the MacMahon
or the Swiss-System. Usually a tournament consists of the following steps:
1. Create a new tournament and set the parameters of the tournament (number of rounds,
handicap strategies, algorithm options, MacMahon-bars). 2. Enter the players.
3. Run the tournament: Make the pairing for one round, enter the results and step forward
to the next round. 4.Print the final results.
